Return Policy

General Returns:
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the item's arrival.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not offer prepaid return labels. You must purchase a return label from your local post office and send us the tracking information to info@digitalvixen.shop


Refund Processing:
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and typically processed within 5-7 business days, although it can take up to 30 business days.

Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Holiday Returns:
During Black Friday/Cyber Monday (BFCM), items purchased are eligible for return until December 31st. Returns are not accepted after this date for purchases made during these sales.

Sale Items:
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for a full refund. Exchanges may be offered or a partial refund ranging from 15% to 30% of the purchase price, depending on the item's pricing.


Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you encounter a defective or incorrect item, contact us at info@digitalvixen.shop for immediate assistance and replacement.


Exchanges:
Exchanges are allowed if items are returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached). Shipping costs for exchanges are covered if the wrong size was sent. If you ordered the wrong size, you will need to cover the return shipping.


Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, intimate items, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us with any questions or concerns about your specific item.


Return Instructions:
Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused.

Contact Support: Reach out to our support team with your issue for pre-approval before returning an item at info@digitalvixen.shop or go to our contact us page and fill out the form at the bottom of the page.

Approval and Return Address: Once approved, we will provide the return address via email.

Tracking Number: Obtain a tracking number from the post office and email it to us to track the returned item.

NOTE: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Tracking Your Order:
Visit our tracking page to check the status of your order. If your tracking says something like “No tracking available,” please be patient. For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.


Additional Information:
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges on all orders are non-refundable.

Product Authenticity: Digital Vixen guarantees the authenticity of all its merchandise. Minor workmanship errors like missing threads may occur, and distressed items may wear out faster. We warrant all products for 30 days from purchase for such issues, offering replacements or refunds if problems arise.
